We Understand Vietnam
Confectionary
Confectionery industry is valued at over $1.5 billion, growing 5-8% annually, with rising exports to Asia and Europe. Our network enables access to established Vietnamese FMCG brands seeking capital, succession exits, or cross-border growth partners.
Residential Real Estate
Residential real estate market is booming, with urban housing demand rising 10%+ annually, driven by population growth and foreign investment. From branded residences to airport retail, we structure land access, co-investment models, and local approvals to support real estate developers entering Vietnam.
Commercial Real Estate
Office occupancy rates exceed 90% in prime locations, retail space demand grows 7-10% annually, and foreign investment continues to surge. We secure opportunities in prime retail and office assets, often through direct landowner connections or asset repositioning strategies.
Personal Healthcare
Driven by rising incomes and aging populations, personal healthcare spending is growing 8-12% annually, with strong demand for premium services. We advise foreign investors on private hospital acquisitions, JV setups, and operator-partner matching — navigating both licensing and local relationships.
Technology
Cybersecurity spending is projected to grow over 12% annually, while the SaaS market expands rapidly, driven by cloud adoption and digital transformation. We help financial and corporate investors enter Vietnam’s cloud, SaaS, and digital health sectors through minority deals and JV builds.
Energy
Renewable energy capacity is surging, with solar and wind power making up over 30% of new energy projects, alongside growing LNG investments. We support clean energy funds and developers with FiT1/FiT2 legacy projects, wind and hydro asset M&A, and local EPC or permitting partners.
